Natural Companions is a botanical art collection inspired by the plant relationships I observe in fields, forests, and gardens—species that return to the same places each season, growing alongside one another and shaping a shared habitat. After gathering the plants, I photograph them in my studio against a white background to highlight their forms and companionship; the photographs become the art prints, while the original works are created from the pressed plants themselves.
