Return and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange or refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
Shipping costs incurred as a result of a return or exchange are the customer's responsibility.
For both returns and refunds, the product in question must be sent in its original packaging and in perfect condition within the aforementioned timeframe. If a refund is requested, it will be issued once the product has been received by Eufloria and its condition has been verified. The products to be refunded are the customer's responsibility until they are received by Eufloria.
If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, they can reschedule the delivery. After three attempts, the package will be returned to the sender. In this case, Eufloria Botanic Art is not responsible for the costs incurred for shipping and return; these will be borne by the customer, as well as any reshipment costs, if applicable.
Eufloria Botanic Art is not responsible under any circumstances for any incidents arising from incorrect completion of customer data (name, email, address, and telephone number). If these errors generate charges, such as returns to the sender, these will be borne by the customer.
In the event of an incident involving courier services, please email EufloriaBotanicArt@gmail.com, including the reason for your email in the subject line. We will try to help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If your product has any defects, please report them immediately, no later than 24 hours after receiving your order, so we can process them. Please email us as soon as possible.
