Order Processing Time
Order processing by Eufloria Botanic Art may take 3 to 5 business days. If it's an urgent order, please let us know so we can expedite the process as much as possible. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or text.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipments can arrive at their destination within 3 business days, depending on the shipping method selected by the customer at the time of purchase and taking into account the conditions outlined above. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Eufloria Botanic Art is committed to meeting the order processing times outlined above. We are not responsible for delays due to the shipping company. Occasionally, situations such federal cutbacks or inclement weather can delay shipping times.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Shipping Policy for Customized Products
If the product is customized, the estimated delivery time is between 2-4 weeks.
Once your order is placed, we will contact you within 24 hours to customize it. Once it's processed, you will receive an email with instructions and tracking information. If you haven't received it, please check your spam folder.
Shipping is based on weight and size of your item.
What happens if the glass breaks during shipping?
Shipping Policy: Broken Glass
If the glass in your frame breaks during shipping, we offer a 10% discount on the price of the damaged product, so you can replace it yourself or at your preferred framing shop.
To redeem this discount, it's essential that you notify us of any damage within the first 24 hours of receiving your order.
What should you do?
Notification: Send us an email to EufloriaBotanicArt@gmail.com or contact us via WhatsApp at 5056994597 to report the damage.
Evidence: Attach a clear photograph of the broken glass and packaging.
Bonus: Once the damage is verified, we'll send you 10% of the cost of the damaged product so you can replace the glass.
Important:
This discount applies only to the value of the affected product and not to other items that may be included in the order.
The bonus is not transferable to third parties.
We reserve the right to request additional information to verify the damage.
Eufloria Botanic Art is not liable for any other products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
