Pressed Plant Art
Every piece here is a real plant, gathered in New Mexico, pressed, and mounted by hand on handmade paper with its collection label. Single-species studies, matted from $50 or framed from $120. Sets that hang together. Landscapes built from one place.
Botanical Studies
Botanical Study
A single flower species, pressed and mounted on handmade watercolor paper with a collection label giving its scientific name, family, and where and when it was gathered. The bloom may appear as one flower or a small cluster, depending on how the plant grows. This format shows the structure and botanical detail of one species clearly, which makes it a good place to start a collection or build a gallery wall over time.
Choose matted or framed, in three sizes. Matted pieces come in an off-white archival mat, no frame or glass, cut to fit the standard frame of that size from any frame shop: Small 8×10 ($50), Medium 11×14 ($70), Large 16×20 ($110). Framed pieces come on the same mat inside a natural wood or oak frame with hanging hardware attached, ready to hang: Small 8×10 ($120), Medium 11×14 ($160), Large 16×20 ($250, with UV-protective glass).
Every piece is one original pressed specimen on acid-free, archival 320 gsm handmade watercolor paper. The mat shade varies slightly from piece to piece, chosen to suit the specimen, and because each is a real plant, yours will differ slightly from the one pictured. Matted pieces ship flat in a rigid mailer.
Hang it out of direct sunlight, and if you frame a matted piece yourself, ask for UV-protective glass. Pressed plants soften in color over the years, though never in form; I think of that as part of the piece, the way a meadow looks different in September than it did in June.
Gathered responsibly from my home garden, my mountain cabin, or the wild with permission, following ethical foraging guidelines and Honorable Harvest principles. Learn more about my approach to wildflower harvesting and conservation here.

Botanical Study Sets
Four plants. Four stories. One wall-ready collection honoring the healing traditions of the Southwest.
Oregano, Monarda, Lavender, Yerba Mansa, Sage, Red Elderberry, Calendula, and Chamomile — each of these plants has been used for centuries by Indigenous and traditional communities across the Americas as medicine, ceremony, and sustenance. Together they form a botanical portrait of the healing landscape, pressed and preserved so their beauty lasts a lifetime.
Each of the four Botanical Sheets is individually hand-pressed and mounted on handmade Indian watercolor paper (360 gsm), with the plant’s common name hand-lettered in calligraphy and the Eufloria mark embossed at the base. All four are arranged together in a 16×20” natural wood frame with a sage green mat — ready to hang as a unified, story-driven work of art.
2 pieces are ready to ship as pictured. Prefer different species? This can also be made as a custom order — contact me to choose your four plants from these 8 species: oregano, monarda, lavender, yerba mansa, sage, red elderberry, calendula, and chamomile.

Nine wildflowers. One mountain. A living portrait of the high-elevation Southwest — preserved forever.
This large-format Botanical Study Set brings together nine species from the Jemez Mountains of New Mexico, each hand-gathered, individually pressed, and mounted on handmade watercolor paper (360 gsm) imported from India. The nine botanical sheets are arranged as a cohesive composition and framed together in a rustic natural wood frame with a wheat-colored mat — a unified work of art that tells the story of an entire mountain ecosystem.
Every species is accompanied by a herbarium label listing its common name, scientific name, plant family, location, and date of collection — in the tradition of the great naturalists. Together, they form a botanical herbarium that is equal parts science, art, and love letter to the wild.
These large-format pieces make a commanding statement above a sofa, in an entryway, a library, or any space that calls for art with depth and meaning.

In nature, solitude is rare. When I walk through forests, fields, and gardens, I’m always aware that what I see above ground is only part of the story. Beneath the surface, plants are in constant conversation—sharing space, exchanging nutrients, and supporting one another through intricate underground networks. The botanical landscapes that make up the Natural Companions Collection grew from my desire to honor these relationships and the quiet intelligence of plants that choose to grow together.
This 16×20” artwork celebrates plants that are often found growing together in mountain meadows of New Mexico and greater Southwest specifically in June: yellow cinquefoil and purple harebells.

Yellow and purple are common, vibrant colors in nature, especially in flowers, because they are complementary colors, creating high contrast that attracts pollinators like bees and butterflies, enhancing plant reproduction; this pairing appears in various flowers like asters, goldenrod, violets, and crocuses, and even in fruits, sunsets, and minerals. This is an original pressed plant artwork — not a print or reproduction. This piece is currently sold out — contact me to commission a similar work.
