Each Botanical Study Set brings together four to twelve species from a single place — the Jemez Mountain meadows, the Rio Grande Bosque, the high desert around Santa Fe — each specimen mounted individually on its own sheet of handmade watercolor paper, presented together in one frame.

All plants are ethically wildcrafted from wild landscapes across the American Southwest following Honorable Harvest principles. I never collect from populations too small to sustain a harvest, and I never press rare or threatened species.
